After England and Ghana secured victories last week, Group L returns with another pair of intriguing fixtures on Tuesday evening.
Thomas Tuchel’s men hope to extend their winning start when they take on Ghana at the Gillette Stadium, while Croatia and Panama go toe-to-toe in Toronto.
Although England are red-hot favourites to advance to the knockout rounds, Group K’s other two potential qualifying places are still very much up for grabs.
Ghana are in the box seat as things stand, but 2018 World Cup finalists Croatia will also expect to progress.

England vs Ghana (Tuesday, 9pm)
England are building momentum as Tuchel further imposes his philosophy on a group of determined, experienced, and highly talented players.
The Three Lions delivered a near-perfect qualifying campaign, accumulating maximum points without conceding a single goal. They also found the net on no less than 22 occasions, thanks in no small part to lethal striker Harry Kane. The Bayern Munich frontman bagged a brace against Croatia, so do not be surprised if he is back amongst the goals on matchday two.
Ghana also boast plenty of firepower in the final third. Their attack is spearheaded by veteran skipper Jordan Ayew, while Manchester City winger Antoine Semenyo and Atalanta’s Kamaldeen Sulemana provide plenty of energy and creativity down the flanks.
However, the Black Stars came into this tournament on the back of a concerning sequence of friendly losses and only beat Group K’s lowest-ranked nation with a goal deep into stoppage time at the end of the game.
Therefore, the favourites are exoected to prevail in comfortable fashion.

Panama vs Croatia (Wednesday, 12am)
Despite being deservedly beaten on Wednesday night, Croatia could have easily come away from the AT&T Stadium with a point. The Vatreni fought back twice from a goal down during a breathless opening 45 minutes, but were unable to summon their powers of recovery after half-time.
As Zlatko Dalic has built a team that prioritises maintaining strong defensive discipline, England’s four-goal haul came as something of a surprise. The Croatians kept five clean sheets during qualifying, although they admittedly conceded goals in each of their four World Cup warm-up matches.
Panama's qualification for this summer's tournament was a significant achievement in itself, given their limited World Cup experience.
Los Canaleros were also drawn into the same group as England for their only other appearance at the World Cup finals, but failed to acquire any points in Russia.
A gutsy first-half performance saw Panama put immense pressure on Ghana goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi, who was replaced at the interval following several aerial collisions.
However, Ghana got wise to the Panamanians' one-dimensional attacking approach, before nicking a late winner in the dying moments.
Los Canaleros are unlikely to register a maiden World Cup victory at BMO Field, but Croatia will have to work hard to overcome an extremely stubborn opponent.
Score prediction: Panama 0-2 Croatia
