World Cup 2026 Final Competition Rules

1. These World Cup 2026 Final Competition (“Promotion”) rules (“Rules”) provide information on prizes and how to participate and form the terms and conditions of entry. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. Promoter

   LiveScore Limited ( "Promoter” or “we"). Our registered place of business is at 7th Floor World Trade Centre, 6 Bayside, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

3. Eligibility

   To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:

   1. be 18 years of age or over; and
   2. be a resident of, and physically located in the United Kingdom.

   excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.

4. Promotion Period

   This Promotion is open from 12:00 UK time 13/05/2026 and closes 23:59 UK time 17/06/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

5. Entry Requirements

   To enter, during the Promotion Period, you may:

   1. send a postcard or letter noting your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and full address to: LiveScore Prize Draw, 25 Golden Square, London, W1F 9LU, which must be received before the Promotion Period closes; and/or
   2. create a LiveScore account to receive one free entry; and/or
   3. purchase entry tickets via the LiveScore ticket page whilst logged into your LiveScore account.

   Each individual entry, however obtained, has an equal chance of winning the Prize.

6. Maximum Number of Entries

   There is no limit on the number of entries that each eligible entrant may obtain, however the total monthly spend that we will permit per entrant will not exceed £500, with £100 of that total being available to spend via credit cards.

7. Prizes

   There is one prize available to be won in this Promotion. The prize consists of:

   1. 2x Category 2 tickets to the World Cup Final football match, taking place on 19/07/2026 at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey
   2. A 3 night package at the Four Seasons 5* hotel in New York, or an equivalent 5* hotel in New York
   3. Return flights for 2 to New York from a UK airport
   4. £3,000 in total for spending money

   (collectively, the “Prize”).

8. Prize Conditions
   1. The match tickets must be used on the date specified and are subject to terms and conditions of the ticket provider including use and expiry (the ‘Event Organiser Rules’).
   2. Prize Winner and their guest must be 18 years or over to attend the World Cup 2026 Final at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey on 19/07/2026.
   3. The Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to require the prize winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who fails to provide the required information or provides false information.
   4. The Prize is non-transferable to any other persons than the Prize Winner.
   5. Prize winner is responsible for complying with any travel requirements, visa requirements or other conditions of entry as enforced by the United States from time to time.
   6. A prize winner may be required to sign a legal release prior to receiving a Prize, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
9. Prize Draw & Winner Notification & Acceptance
   1. The random Prize Draw will take place on 18/06/2026 where winner(s) and reserve winners shall be drawn.
   2. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by phone and/or email by 19/06/2026.
   3. If you are the Winner of a Prize:
      1. Winners will have 48 hours from the date of the Promoter’s notification to accept the Prize. If Winners do not respond via email or phone within the stated time period, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, will forfeit the Prize or award the Prize to the next drawn eligible entrant. No substitute will be offered.

General

10. We will have the final decision over selection of the Winner(s) and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. We may verify your eligibility and check your identity. Failure to provide proof within a reasonable time could result in disqualification.
12. The Prize will not be awarded if it would be unlawful to do so.
13. If a Prize is unavailable, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
14. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
15. Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purposes of running this Promotion.
16. Winner details (first name, surname initial and city) will be available on request.
17. If you opt in to marketing, we may use your personal information to provide you with information about our goods and services.
18. We are not liable for failures of systems we do not directly control.
19. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
20. We exclude all liability for any personal injury or loss or damage arising in any way out of this promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
21. These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement. We reserve the right to change them with appropriate notification.
22. If any provision is held to be invalid, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions.
23. By participating, you agree to comply with these Rules, the Event Organiser Rules, and the LiveScore Terms and Conditions.
24. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise.
25. These Rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
