World Cup 2026 Final Competition Rules

1. These World Cup 2026 Final Competition (“Promotion”) rules (“Rules”) provide information on prizes and how to participate and form the terms and conditions of entry. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. Promoter

LiveScore Limited ( "Promoter” or “we"). Our registered place of business is at 7th Floor World Trade Centre, 6 Bayside, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:
(a)     be 18 years of age or over; and
(b)   be a resident of, and physically located in the United Kingdom.
excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.

4. Promotion Period

This Promotion is open from 12:00 UK time 13/05/2026 and closes 23:59 UK time 17/06/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

5. Entry Requirements

To enter, during the Promotion Period, you may:
(a)     send a postcard or letter noting your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and full address to: LiveScore Prize Draw, 25 Golden Square, London, W1F 9LU, which must be received before the Promotion Period closes; and/or
(b)     create a LiveScore account to receive one free entry; and/or
(c)     purchase entry tickets via the LiveScore ticket page whilst logged into your LiveScore account.
Each individual entry, however obtained, has an equal chance of winning the Prize.

6. Maximum Number of Entries

There is no limit on the number of entries that each eligible entrant may obtain, however the total monthly spend that we will permit per entrant will not exceed £500, with £100 of that total being available to spend via credit cards.

7. Prizes

There is one prize available to be won in this Promotion. The prize consists of:
(a)     2x Category 2 tickets to the World Cup Final football match, taking place on 19/07/2026 at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey
(b)    A 3 night package at the Four Seasons 5* hotel in New York, or an equivalent 5* hotel in New York
(c)     Return flights for 2 to New York from a UK airport
(d)     £3,000 in total for spending money
(collectively, the “Prize”).

8. Prize Conditions

(a)    The match tickets must be used on the date specified and are subject to terms and conditions of the ticket provider including use and expiry (the ‘Event Organiser Rules’).
(b)     Prize Winner and their guest must be 18 years or over to attend the World Cup 2026 Final at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey on 19/07/2026.
(c)     The Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to require the prize winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who fails to provide the required information or provides false information.
(d)     The Prize is non-transferable to any other persons than the Prize Winner.
(e)     Prize winner is responsible for complying with any travel requirements, visa requirements or other conditions of entry as enforced by the United States from time to time.
(f)  A prize winner may be required to sign a legal release prior to receiving a Prize, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

9. Prize Draw & Winner Notification & Acceptance

(a)     The random Prize Draw will take place on 18/06/2026 where winner(s) and reserve winners shall be drawn.
(b)     The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by phone and/or email by 19/06/2026.
(c)     If you are the Winner of a Prize:
i. Winners will have 48 hours from the date of the Promoter’s notification to accept the Prize. If Winners do not respond via email or phone within the stated time period, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, will forfeit the Prize or award the Prize to the next drawn eligible entrant. No substitute will be offered.

General

10. We will have the final decision over selection of the Winner(s) and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. We may verify your eligibility to this Promotion and check your identity. Entrants must only register under their genuine individual details. If you have been asked for proof of your identity and/or your eligibility, your failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time could result in disqualification or the withdrawal of the Prize or any part thereof.
12. The Prize will not be awarded to you if, for any reason, to do so would be unlawful.
13. If a Prize is or becomes unavailable we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value or, if no such alternative is available, cancel the Prize. Specifications of the Prize are also subject to change.
14. Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
15. Your data may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Rules for the purposes of running this Promotion. This includes contacting you if you are a Prize Winner. We will hold your data for the purposes of this Promotion for up to twelve (12) months after which it will be securely and permanently deleted, unless you have opted in to receive further communications about other goods and services offered by the Promoter which the data will be retained in accordance with the retention periods detailed within our Privacy Policy.
16. The Winner details (first name, surname initial and city) will be available on request to the Promoter. A winner who wishes to object to their details being made available can email dpo@livescore.com at any time after entering the Promotion. For the winner’s details please write to LiveScore including the Promotion name using the following contact details within thirty (30) days of the closing date of the Promotion: support@livescore.com.
17. Where an entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications during the process of entering the Promotion, that entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information to provide the entrant with information about goods and services of the Promoter, which may be of interest to the entrant. The entrant can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe option as detailed within any given communication. The entrant’s data will be not shared or sold to any other third party outside the Promoters group of companies.
18. We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.
19. Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits our liability for: (a) fraud; or (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the monetary value of the Prize. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of this promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Rules; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or an entrant; (f) participation in this promotion; (g) use of the Prize (or any part thereof); (h) any inability of the Prize Winner to procure travel permissions required to make use of the Prize, including where applicable Visas to the United States.
21. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we shall provide appropriate notification.
22. If any provision of these Rules is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these Rules which shall as far as possible continue in full force and effect.
23. If you opt to participate in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Rules, the Event Organiser Rules and the LiveScore Terms and Conditions at all times. If (based on reasonable evidence) we find that you have seriously breached any of these terms, we may void any entries you have made and disqualify you from this Promotion and/or any future promotions that we make available.
24. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise as a result of accepting their prize. The Promoter is not responsible for such tax implications and prize winners should seek independent financial advice where necessary.
25. These Rules shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
