Colombia should be at full strength. Coach Nestor Lorenzo is likely to restore Luis Suarez and Daniel Munoz to the starting line-up after the pair were rested against Portugal, with key men Jefferson Lerma, Jhon Arias, James Rodriguez and Luis Diaz also set to feature.
Ghana boss Carlos Queiroz is likely to resist calls to reinstate Lawrence Ati-Zigi in goal so Benjamin Asare is set to continue.
Manchester City winger Antoine Semenyo is set to pass a fitness test after picking up a knock against Croatia.

Prediction
Colombia are the stronger of these two sides and should demonstrate their superiority with a controlled performance in Kansas City on Saturday morning.
Los Cafeteros have been dominant in all three group games, comfortably winning the shot count in wins over Uzbekistan and DR Congo and — tellingly — when also holding a strong Portugal to a 0-0 draw.
They have several top-class performers, including Crystal Palace duo Daniel Munoz and Jefferson Lerma, the vastly-experienced James Rodriguez, plus Palmeiras’ Jhon Arias.
Throw Sporting striker Luis Suarez and star man Luis Diaz, who was outstanding for Bayern Munich last season, into the mix, and this is a team to be feared.
Even though Ghana have City star Semenyo and Athletic Club’s Inaki Williams, they look a tad limited, and it is hard to see them progressing.
Ghana are extremely well-drilled defensively, though, as evidenced by their 0-0 draw with England, and they only shipped six goals in 10 matches in qualifying.
Expect the Black Stars to sit in and keep it tight, but ultimately Colombia should win without conceding.
