Premier League powerhouse pair Arsenal and Chelsea, along with La Liga giants Real Madrid, are on red alert after it emerged that Juventus and Kenan Yildiz have failed to reach an agreement over a new deal, reports Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport.

Juventus are under no pressure to sell Yildiz, who is under contract with the Italian side until 2029 having penned an extension last year.

The player, who enjoyed an excellent breakout season in 2024/25, is keen to be rewarded for his fine form at club level.

Yildiz has scored two goals and provided three assists in Serie A this season, and is widely considered one of the finest young attacking talents in Europe.

And while Juventus are looking to reward Yildiz for his performances in Turin, both parties have failed to come to an agreement with talks over a new deal collapsing.

European heavyweights monitoring Juventus star

The news will have alerted Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid, who are closely monitoring Yildiz’s situation in Italy.

Chelsea reportedly saw a €67m bid for the Turkey international rejected last summer, with the versatile attacker said to be valued at closer to €100m.

Should player and club fail to agree terms on a new deal, then the Blues would likely rekindle their interest in the 20-year-old.

However, they would face competition from a number of Europe’s heavy hitters, with Arsenal and Real Madrid supposedly keeping tabs on the Juventus star.

The Gunners would certainly benefit from the addition of another left winger, with Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli struggling to really nail down the role for the north London side.

Yildiz a replacement for Vinicius Junior?

Real Madrid, meanwhile, may be on the lookout for a new winger before too long with Vinicius Junior linked with a move to Manchester City.

The Brazilian’s current Madrid deal runs until 2027 but the winger is demanding pay parity with striker Kylian Mbappe, which complicates contract talks between the La Liga leaders and Vinicius Junior.

Los Blancos boss Xabi Alonso has utilised the young players on the Madrid books to good effect this season, so Yildiz would likely see playing time easy to come by for the Spanish giants should he leave Juventus.
