Andoni Iraola Set to Sign New Bournemouth Contract Despite Tottenham and Crystal Palace Interest

Andoni Iraola is considering signing a new contract with Bournemouth despite interest from Crystal Palace and Tottenham, reports the Daily Mail.
Iraola’s current deal at the Vitality Stadium expires at the end of the season and speculation over his future on the south coast remains rife.
Both Palace and Spurs have been keeping tabs on the Spaniard with the London pair expected to bring in a new manager this summer.
Palace and Spurs on the hunt for new manager
Oliver Glasner will leave Palace at the end of the season, while current Spurs head coach Igor Tudor is unlikely to remain at the club beyond the summer.
Tudor signed a five-month deal when he was named interim boss at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last month.
Some reports suggest that the Croat will depart the north London side should they fail to beat Palace on Thursday night.
However, the duo are both set to miss out on Iraola, with the 43-year-old now tipped to put pen to paper on a new deal with the south coast side.
Iraola 'happy' at Bournemouth
“I'm very happy here, not just now but since the beginning of my stay here. I always say I come to work with a smile and that is very important to me,” Iraola said earlier this week.
“I have a great relationship not only with the players but with the club, with the staff. Everyone is very helpful. I'm really happy.
“The other is a matter of talking to the club. Sooner or later we will have to make a decision, yes.”
Cherries again impressing under Iraola
Some backed the Cherries to become embroiled in a relegation dogfight following the January departure of star man Antoine Semenyo.
However, Bournemouth now sit ninth in the Premier League following their midweek 0-0 draw with Brentford.
While the stalemate at the Gtech Community Stadium extended Bournemouth’s unbeaten run to nine games, they have won only four of their last five following the midweek result.
