About the Nordic Darts Masters

The Nordic Darts Masters is held annually at Forum Copenhagen in Denmark, with the first edition taking place in 2021. Now in its sixth year, the tournament has established itself as a firm fixture on the World Series of Darts schedule and consistently attracts a field packed with world-ranked talent.

The format is straightforward. Sixteen players compete across two days, with eight elite PDC representatives drawn against eight Nordic and Baltic qualifiers in the first round. The quarter-finals, semi-finals and final all take place on the second evening, with match lengths increasing as the stakes rise. First round and quarter-final matches are played over a maximum of eleven legs, semi-finals over thirteen, and the final over fifteen.

The total prize fund for 2026 stands at £100,000. The winner takes home £30,000, with £16,000 for the runner-up, £10,000 for each semi-finalist, £5,000 per quarter-finalist, and £1,750 for first round exits.

Past Winners

The tournament has produced a different champion in each of its five editions to date. Michael van Gerwen won the inaugural 2021 event, defeating Fallon Sherrock in a final that made history as the first time a woman had reached a televised PDC final. Dimitri Van den Bergh claimed the 2022 title, and Peter Wright won the 2023 edition. Gerwyn Price took the 2024 crown before Stephen Bunting won the most recent edition in 2025, defeating Rob Cross 8-4 in the final to claim his second World Series title of that year.

Nordic Darts Masters 2026

The 2026 Mr Vegas Nordic Darts Masters takes place on 5 and 6 June at Forum Copenhagen, making it the third stop on the 2026 World Series of Darts following events in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Defending champion Stephen Bunting returns to the Danish capital looking to become the first back-to-back winner in the tournament's history. He is joined by a PDC field that includes world champion Luke Littler, world number two Luke Humphries, three-time world champion Michael van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price, Jonny Clayton, Gian van Veen, and James Wade.

The eight Nordic and Baltic representatives are made up of six PDC Tour Card holders, Madars Razma, Jeffrey de Graaf, Cor Dekker, Oskar Lukasiak, Viktor Tingström, and Darius Labanauskas, alongside Andreas Harrysson and Daniel Larsson, who both qualified through the PDC Nordic and Baltic rankings.
