All four sides in Group H can still make the knockouts
Spain top the group with four points as they face second-placed Uruguay
Surprise package Cape Verde meet Saudi Arabia and both have the chance to secure a top-two finish if Spain avoid defeat

Spain recovered from their shock draw with Cape Verde to take control of Group H, but they still have work to do in their final game.
The European champions meet second-placed Uruguay in Guadalajara, with the South American side set to be eliminated unless they secure a result.
Cape Verde are chasing their first World Cup victory when they meet bottom side Saudi Arabia in Houston. Avoiding defeat should see the Blue Sharks through to the last 32, while a win should take them into second, setting up a clash with defending champions Argentina.
Best Bets:
Cape Verde vs Saudi Arabia (Saturday, 1am)
Cape Verde built on their spirited draw with Spain by showing a spark going forward in their 2-2 draw with Uruguay.
The Blue Sharks were widely expected to struggle to make an impact in this group, but they look well-placed for their first victory at the World Cup.
Saudi Arabia were fortunate to escape their 1-1 draw with Uruguay with a point, having looked the weaker side for long spells. They followed that display with a 4-0 drubbing at the hands of Spain, which left them bottom of the standings ahead of the final game.
After two poor displays, Saudi Arabia look vulnerable in this clash with Cape Verde. The Blue Sharks have only suffered one defeat since the start of 2025, while opponents Saudi Arabia have lost four of their seven games in 2026.
Cape Verde warmed up for the tournament with 3-0 victories over Serbia and Bermuda, and they can continue some good form with a slender victory in Houston.
Uruguay vs Spain (Saturday, 1am)
Uruguay were expected to ease into second place behind Spain, but Marcelo Bielsa’s side continue to draw too many games.
The two-time World Cup winners have now won just five of their last 23 fixtures, which is largely down to their lack of cutting edge in the final third.
Bielsa’s side have missed a host of chances across their first two games, and that doesn’t bode well for their clash with the European champions.
While Spain dropped points in their opener, they produced similar underlying numbers across their first two matches. They’ve dominated possession, created a host of chances, and restricted their opponents to a combined eight touches in their penalty area.
With Uruguay looking blunt in the final third, take Spain to win to nil, with a 2-0 victory the best bet in the correct score market.
