Liverpool have lost four straight Premier League matches
Nottingham Forest are the lowest scorers with just five goals in nine matches
Promoted Sunderland are fourth in the table
Heading into November in the Premier League, Arsenal lead the way while champions Liverpool are struggling to keep up with Arne Slot's defending champions on a four-game losing streak.
Among the big fixtures this weekend, the Reds host Aston Villa on Saturday evening and there is a big London derby between Tottenham and Chelsea.
Crystal Palace vs Brentford (Saturday, 3pm)
Brentford have beaten Liverpool and Manchester United in the last month but could be brought back down to earth at Selhurst Park.
Crystal Palace have drawn more than any side in the top flight this season but should get the better of the Bees.
Score prediction: Crystal Palace 2-1 Brentford
Nottingham Forest vs Manchester United (Saturday, 3pm)
United have won three straight Premier League matches to climb to sixth but come up against a Nottingham Forest side who will be solid and organised under Sean Dyche and so the Red Devils may have to settle for a draw on the road.
Score prediction: Nottingham Forest 1-1 Manchester United
Burnley vs Arsenal (Saturday, 3pm)
In years gone by, a trip to Turf Moor could be seen as a potential banana skin for Arsenal but the in-form Gunners look a different beast this season and have the quality, character and set-piece expertise to head up north and win.
Score prediction: Burnley 0-2 Arsenal
Brighton vs Leeds (Saturday, 3pm)
Both Brighton and Leeds are showing patchy form with the Seagulls winning three, drawing three and losing three to sit 13th in the table, just a point above the Whites.
It could be that home advantage counts and a narrow win for Brighton is anticipated.
Score prediction: Brighton 2-1 Leeds
Fulham vs Wolves (Saturday, 3pm)
Fulham have only lost once at home this season and so it’s unlikely Wolves are going to find their first Premier League win at Craven Cottage.
Marco Silva’s men are predicted to put a run of four consecutive defeats behind them and claim a convincing victory.
Score prediction: Fulham 3-1 Wolves
Tottenham vs Chelsea (Saturday, 5.30pm)
Tottenham and Chelsea, together with Manchester City, are the leading scorers in the Premier League with 17 goals and this clash in the capital promises plenty of goalmouth action at both ends.
Score prediction: Tottenham 2-2 Chelsea
Liverpool vs Aston Villa (Saturday, 8pm)
Liverpool are out of the Carabao Cup after manager Arne Slot opted to play a second string side against Crystal Palace so that his first-teamers will be completely fresh for the visit of Aston Villa.
It is a move that the Dutch coach will hope pays off at Anfield.
Score prediction: Liverpool 1-0 Aston Villa
West Ham vs Newcastle (Sunday, 2pm)
Nuno Espirito Santo’s search for a first victory with West Ham is set to go on a little longer as Newcastle, who have won five of their last six games across all competitions, will make light work of a Hammers side that is clearly struggling.
Score prediction: West Ham 0-2 Newcastle
Man City vs Bournemouth (Sunday, 4.30pm)
Manchester City’s narrow loss at Aston Villa last weekend was probably just a blip and so Pep Guardiola’s side will be confident they can inflict a first defeat in eight on Bournemouth at home and climb back above the Cherries in the table.
Score prediction: Manchester City 3-1 Bournemouth
Sunderland vs Everton (Monday, 8pm)
Sunderland are on cloud nine after beating Chelsea and the Black Cats are in dreamland up in fourth.
But they look set to be frustrated by Everton, who will dig in to earn a point on the road after two straight defeats.
Score prediction: Sunderland 1-1 Everton.
