  • Leaders Arsenal go to Brighton on Wednesday, title rivals Man City host Nottingham Forest

  • Bottom club Wolves entertain Liverpool on Tuesday

  • Relegation-threatened Tottenham face Crystal Palace on Thursday

There is a full Premier League schedule this week with four matches on Tuesday and five on Wednesday before Tottenham host fellow strugglers Crystal Palace on Thursday night.

At the other end of the table, leaders Arsenal head to Brighton on Wednesday and Manchester United bid to continue their resurgence under Michael Carrick when they go to to Newcastle.

We look ahead to all the midweek games and have a score prediction for each one.

Bournemouth vs Brentford (Tuesday, 7.30pm)

An entertaining draw looks likely when Bournemouth, unbeaten in eight Premier League matches, host Brentford.

The free-scoring Bees claimed a thrilling 4-3 victory at Burnley on Saturday and they have won seven of their last eight away games in all competitions.

Score prediction: Bournemouth 2-2 Brentford

Everton vs Burnley (Tuesday, 7.30pm)

Everton continued their fine run of form away from home with a 3-2 weekend win at Newcastle.

The Toffees are less convincing at the Hill Dickinson Stadium but they should edge past a leaky Burnley side.

Score prediction: Everton 2-1 Burnley

Leeds vs Sunderland (Tuesday, 7.30pm)

Sunderland picked up an impressive 1-1 draw at Bournemouth on Saturday and they can frustrate Leeds at Elland Road.

The hosts were unfortunate to lose 1-0 to title-chasing Manchester City at the weekend but they have drawn nine of their previous 15 league and cup games.

Score prediction: Leeds 1-1 Sunderland

Wolves vs Liverpool (Tuesday, 8.15pm)

Wolves claimed only their second league win of the season on Friday, beating Aston Villa 2-0 at Molineux, but they may struggle to follow up against Liverpool.

The Reds, who thumped West Ham 5-2 at Anfield on Saturday, have kept four clean sheets in their last five away matches.

Score prediction: Wolves 0-2 Liverpool

Aston Villa vs Chelsea (Wednesday, 7.30pm)

It was a disappointing weekend for Champions League hopefuls Aston Villa and Chelsea, who suffered away defeats at Wolves and Arsenal.

The Blues gave a decent account of themselves against the table-topping Gunners and they could prove too strong for injury-hit Villa.

Score prediction: Aston Villa 1-2 Chelsea

Brighton vs Arsenal (Wednesday, 7.30pm)

Brighton are eyeing a third straight league win after beating Brentford 2-0 and Nottingham Forest 2-1 although they may well be exposed by leaders Arsenal.

The Gunners had to dig deep to see off 10-man Chelsea on Sunday but they should find things easier against a flaky Brighton defence.

Score prediction: Brighton 1-3 Arsenal

Fulham vs West Ham (Wednesday, 7.30pm)

Fulham did West Ham a favour by beating their survival rivals Tottenham on Sunday but the Hammers can expect no mercy at Craven Cottage this week.

Their 5-2 loss at Liverpool was a blow to morale and Marco Silva's Fulham have won three of their last four home league fixtures by a 2-1 margin.

Score prediction: Fulham 2-1 West Ham

Manchester City vs Nottingham Forest (Wednesday, 7.30pm)

Manchester City ground out a 1-0 win at Leeds on Saturday despite missing injured striker Erling Haaland, who remains a doubt for their clash with Nottingham Forest.

The Tricky Trees are in the thick of the relegation scrap and they look set for a 12th defeat to nil of the season.

Score prediction: Manchester City 2-0 Nottingham Forest

Newcastle vs Manchester United (Wednesday, 8.15pm)

Manchester United took advantage of Maxence Lacroix's second-half red card to beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday although they may have to settle for a point at Newcastle.

The Magpies are going strong in the Champions League but their league form is patchy and manager Eddie Howe will demand a positive reaction after Saturday's 3-2 home defeat to Everton.

Score prediction: Newcastle 1-1 Manchester United

Tottenham vs Crystal Palace (Thursday, 8pm)

London rivals Tottenham and Crystal Palace have been dragged into serious relegation trouble since the turn of the year and the Eagles could deepen the gloom at Spurs in Thursday's six-pointer.

Igor Tudor's Tottenham lost 2-1 at Fulham at the weekend and five of their eight home defeats this term were by the same scoreline.

Score prediction: Tottenham 1-2 Crystal Palace.
