Scotland host Curacao in an international friendly at Hampden Park on Saturday as Steve Clarke's men gear up for this summer’s World Cup.
The Tartan Army are making their first finals appearance since 1998 and will be eager to get back to winning ways before the tournament having narrowly lost to Japan and Ivory Coast during the last international break.
Curacao, meanwhile, will be playing at the World Cup for the first time this summer and they also fell to recent friendly defeats, going down to China and Australia.

Team news
Scotland's 26-man squad gathered on Tuesday and will fly out to the United States 24 hours after Saturday's friendly.
Clarke has a full complement of players to choose from and many will receive varying levels of game time against Curacao.
Lawrence Shankland, who signed for Rangers this week after scoring 15 goals in 28 games for Hearts, is among those pushing for a start.
Curacao defender Livano Comenencia is nursing a knock while former Swansea and Northampton winger Kenji Gorre has a knee problem.
The stats
Scotland have won four of their last eight matches, topping their World Cup qualifying group ahead of Denmark and Greece.
Curacao’s last victory came in October 2025 when they beat Bermuda 7-0 in CONCACAF qualifying.
Scotland will face Brazil and Morocco in the group stage of the World Cup, having also faced those two nations during their last appearance at the finals back in 1998.
Curacao were one of three CONCACAF group winners in qualifying along with Panama and Haiti, the latter will be Scotland’s first opponents at the World Cup
Curacao midfielder Juninho Bacuna made 12 appearances for Rangers during the 2021/22 campaign.

Prediction
Thousands of Scotland supporters will gather at Hampden to wish the team well at this summer’s World Cup and Clarke will be hoping his players repay that faith by putting in a positive display against Curacao.
Clarke will be assessing his squad and hoping players give him a headache when it comes to deciding who should start against Haiti in their Group C opener on June 14.
Scotland have suffered two friendly defeats so far in 2026, losing 1-0 to Japan before going down by the same scoreline against Ivory Coast at Everton’s Hill Dickinson Stadium at the end of March.
However, taking on Curacao, who are ranked 84th in the world, the Tartan Army will be favourites to win on home soil.
The Blue Wave lost 5-1 to Australia last time out and also conceded two against China.
Scotland’s failure to score in their previous two matches means backing a home victory by under 2.5 goals could be a smart move.
