Team news
Arsenal flier Bukayo Saka has been ruled out of a place in England's starting XI as he works his way back to full fitness.
Marcus Rashford has done light training after a muscle strain, which means Thomas Tuchel may well stick with Noni Madueke and Anthony Gordon as his wide men.
Benjamin Asare is set to start in goal for Ghana after coming on at half-time for a limping Lawrence Ati-Zigi against Panama. Either Brandon Thomas-Asante or Abdul Fatawu is expected to replace Kamaldeen Sulemana, who was poor against Panama.

Prediction
Over-reactions to England wins are commonplace and it is no surprise to see fans — and some commentators — pretty much pronouncing Thomas Tuchel's charges world champs.
And while there was much to like about their tournament-opening 4-2 success over Croatia, the opponents were pretty poor with tactics and team selection all wrong.
There will be tougher tasks ahead and certainly Ghana will ask different questions.
Carlos Queiroz's side have got so much pace and talent in attack that if they can get the ball from back to front quickly they will ask plenty of questions of an England defence that was still breached twice by a modest Croatia.
Ghana's problem is at the back with a fledgling centre-back pairing in Jonas Adjetey and Jerome Opoku, who have only played together three times and looking good against Panama is not the same as standing up to Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and their colleagues.
England of old might have taken their foot off with a place in the knockout rounds so close but that is clearly not Tuchel's way.
And Ghana will not be playing for a draw because that would almost certainly end badly.
This should be a decent encounter, full of drama and full of goals — at both ends. But with England taking the points.
Score prediction: England 3-1 Ghana
