Hull have won two of their three Championship home games this season
Preston have won only one of their last four league matches
Recommended bet: Draw
Hull City take on Preston at the MKM Stadium aiming to bounce back after losing 2-1 against Watford at the weekend as the Tigers' campaign continues to stutter.
North End, meanwhile, have started strongly, losing only once this season, so they will be confident of adding another point or three to their tally on Tuesday evening.

Team news
Hull could welcome back defender Semi Ajayi, who has been out with a recurring hamstring issue, while midfielder Matt Crooks may also be available following an ankle injury.
Joel Ndala is out with a foot problem.
The Lilywhites will be without Andrew Hughes, who is suspended after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season at Bristol City.
Brad Potts is also unavailable due to a muscle injury.
The stats
Hull have only lost one of their last six league meetings with Preston and could win back-to-back league games against the Lilywhites for the first time since November 2019.
Preston have only enjoyed two wins in their last 12 league visits to Hull – drawing three and losing seven – a 2-1 triumph in September 2017 and a 1-0 win in February 2022.
The Tigers have managed just one clean sheet in their last 24 games at home in the Championship, in a 2-0 victory against Plymouth in March.
After their 1-0 win at Derby, Preston are looking for back-to-back away league victories for the first time since March 2024.

Prediction
Hull have alternated between winning and losing at home since April and, if that run was to continue, they would lose to Preston, having beaten Southampton at the MKM Stadium last time out.
However, the Tigers have scored eight goals in their last four matches and, with Oli McBurnie leading the line, should be capable of adding to that tally against Preston.
North End are unbeaten in their last three, beating Derby when they were last on their travels, while drawing with Middlesbrough and Bristol City.
However, Preston do not often take points when visiting Hull, losing on seven of their last 12 trips and they could again struggle.
Drawing a blank against the Robins on Saturday, the Lilywhites should have better luck finding the net against a Tigers side who have kept only one clean in their last 24 home games.
North End have scored at least twice in three matches already this season and know where the goal is.
However, while Preston are in the top six and Hull are in the bottom half, the Tigers showed their quality in the recent victory over Saints and can hold North End to a draw on Tuesday.
