Derby will look to get back on track when they welcome West Brom to Pride Park in the Championship on Wednesday.

The Rams have started the new campaign slowly under manager John Eustace and they only have one win to their name in six outings.

Derby have collected five points from five Championship fixtures, which is half the total of Wednesday's visitors.

West Brom have made an impressive start under coach James Morrison and a win for the Baggies could help them move to the top of the pile, depending on results elsewhere.

Team news

Derby boss Eustace will be without Rhian Brewster for this week's clash after he suffered a concussion.

Defender Craig Forsyth picked up a knee injury against Portsmouth and he is set for four months on the sidelines.

Striker Patrick Agyemang and defender Matt Clarke are also sidelined.

West Brom boss Morrison is without Mikey Johnston due to a foot injury, while left-back Conor Townsend remains a long-term absentee with a cruciate ligament injury.

The stats

Derby have won one of their six games in all competitions this season, losing four of them.

The Rams have kept just one clean sheet this season, conceding 12 goals in the other five matches.

West Brom have lost their last two away matches, conceding six goals in the process.

The Baggies have won four of their first seven matches in all competitions.

Derby are unbeaten in their last eight games against West Brom in all competitions.

Prediction

Derby have struggled to string results together all season and a return to Pride Park is no advantage at the moment.

The Rams last won in front of their own fans in April, but they should at least find the back of the net against a Baggies side that have kept only one clean sheet in seven outings.

West Brom have already beaten Norwich and Burnley this season, both of whom are expected to challenge for the playoffs.

Derby look to be really struggling without some of their key players and this appears like another tough assignment.

Isaac Price should lead the charge for the Baggies in the final third, having fired 23 shots at goal this season, with 11 of them hitting the target.

Team-mate Jimmy-Jay Morgan was booked last time out against Watford and he could collect his second caution of the campaign if he maintains his aggressive approach.

Morgan has already committed 13 fouls this season and in what should be a competitive game, he may overstep the mark once again.
