Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah could be on his way out of the Premier League club this summer if they fail to qualify for the Champions League.

The Reds are currently nine points off fourth-placed Tottenham and look set to crash out of this season's competition at the hands of Real Madrid.

And according to Spanish sources, the Egyptian talisman is unlikely to tolerate a season away from Europe's top table despite his contract running until 2025.

The 30-year-old is reportedly of interest to Paris Saint-Germain, who are looking to bolster their already fearsome attack.

Salah has netted eight goals in seven Champions League outings this term, tallying a further eight strikes in the English top flight.

He remains just two goals away from equalling Robbie Fowler as the club's top goalscorer in the Premier League era.

During his time at Anfield, the 83-cap international has contributed to Liverpool's domestic and European success, winning the Premier League, Champions League, League Cup and FA Cup.

But the Kop hero will be keen to ensure that he is competing at the top level as he enters the final years of his career as an elite player.
