After three race weekends without a win, Kimi Antonelli returned to the top step of the podium in the Belgian Grand Prix to extend his lead in the World Drivers’ Championship.
The Italian will be hoping to back that up with another victory in the final race before Formula 1’s summer shutdown.
The venue is the Hungaroring, where Mercedes have not won a race since Lewis Hamilton secured a record eighth Hungarian Grand Prix victory in 2020, but the Silver Arrows will be expecting to battle at the front in a much-improved package compared to the ground-effect era.

Prediction
Hamilton has finished behind teammate Leclerc in the last two races, but the Briton comes to life at the Hungaroring and could claim his second win in the red of Ferrari this weekend.
The 41-year-old has won a record eight times around this circuit and the lack of long straights and overtaking zones make this a track that should suit Ferrari.
They are still perceived to have a power-unit deficit to Mercedes, but their performance in low-speed corners is the best on the grid and that should allow them to have a strong weekend.
Incredibly, Leclerc has never finished on the podium in Hungary, so Hamilton is backed to wrestle momentum back from his teammate.
Slightly further back, Isack Hadjar produced arguably his best drive of the season in Belgium as he came from the back of the grid to finish sixth for Red Bull.
This was his sixth successive top-six finish of the season after Hadjar finished just outside the points for Racing Bulls in his rookie season last year.
Gabriel Bortoleto is another of the 2025 rookies to produce a stellar performance in Hungary, taking his Sauber to sixth, and he has been putting in some strong performances in recent races.
The Brazilian finished eighth for the second race in a row in Belgium and had finished 11th in the three races before that.
He has a clear edge over teammate Nico Hulkenberg and can take his rapidly improving Audi to another points finish.
