Reports in France say Real Madrid would need €200-250m to sign Michael Olise, with Bayern unwilling to sell the club’s player of the season, who is contracted until 2029. Bayern also loan 18-year-old left-back Julien Yanda to CD Eldense for 2026/27.

Barcelona set a €50-60m price for Jules Kounde. Bayern admire him but value him nearer €40m, so there are no talks or formal bid. Barça are under no pressure to sell, with Kounde expected to stay unless the asking price is met.

L’Équipe claim Madrid must bid €200-250m to prise Michael Olise from Bayern, who are unwilling to sell their player of the season and have him tied down until 2029.

Alphonso Davies plans to stay at Bayern and fight for his place despite Nathaniel Brown’s arrival. A recent contract extension in early 2025, with a high salary of around €15m plus bonuses, underpins his stance.

West Ham discuss a move for Cardiff’s Dylan Lawlor, a Wales international previously linked with Bayern. Talks are ongoing as the Irons target centre-back reinforcements alongside other defensive options.

Bayern loan 18-year-old left-back Julien Yanda to CD Eldense for 2026/27 after 40 Bayern II games and first-team training under Vincent Kompany, with the move labelled the next step in his development.

Joao Palhinha is due back for Bayern’s pre-season. Aston Villa and Benfica remain interested, but Bayern prefer a permanent sale after paying €50m. No agreement has been reached and loans are not favoured.
