Cesc Fabregas won’t rest either Nico Paz or Assane Diao for a home game against Parma, who are expected to start Italian starlet Simone Lontani.

It kicks off at 18:30 CET [17:30 BST] at the Stadio Sinigaglia in Como.

Fabregas’ men return to action four days after their historic 4-1 win over RB Leipzig in their first-ever Champions League game last week.

Reports on Como’s starting XI are mixed, with Sky claiming Fabregas will rotate in defence, picking Marc-Oliver Kempf over Trevoh Chalobah, while Maximiliano Perrone will return to central midfield, joining captain Lucas Da Cunha.

Gazzetta, meanwhile, says Chalobah will start in central defence and Anastasios Douvikas will get the nod in attack, while Sky claims Moise Kean will start his first match for Lariani, pushing Douvikas to the bench.

Parma have recovered Adrian Bernabé for this match, but the Spaniard will start on the bench.

Former Milan talent Lontani will start up front, joining David Romero in Ducali’s 3-5-2 system.
