Inter have regained the Scudetto and travel to Bologna
Two points split AC Milan, Roma, Como and Juventus in the chase for the top four
Cremonese (18th) and Lecce (17th) are separated by one point for the final relegation place
Inter Milan have already made sure of the Scudetto but, behind them, the race for Champions League qualification is intense with one round of games remaining in Serie A.
AC Milan and Roma are in third and fourth but just two points clear of Como and Juventus as they look for slipups and the chance to climb the table.
At the bottom, Cremonese and Lecce have both found form recently in the relegation battle and just a point separates them with one set to join Verona and Pisa in dropping down to the second tier.
Fiorentina vs Atalanta (Friday 7.45pm)
Perhaps not the season either of these sides wanted and much of that owes to drawing too many games. Fiorentina have drawn 14 games, one more than Atalanta – the two highest tallies in Serie A.
Score prediction: Fiorentina 1-1 Atalanta
Bologna vs Inter (Saturday 5pm)
Bologna have missed out on European qualification but they have won three of the last four against Inter. The Nerazzurri have failed to win three of their last five on the road.
Score prediction: Bologna 1-1 Inter
Lazio vs Pisa (Saturday 7.45pm)
Lazio tend to take care of business against low-ranked opponents in the Stadio Olimpico, winning three of four home clashes with the bottom five by more than one goal. Pisa are goalless on the road since January, eight games in all.
Score prediction: Lazio 3-0 Pisa
Parma vs Sassuolo (Sunday 2pm)
Between them, these mid-tables sides have combined for one win each in 12 games and they played out a 1-1 draw at the Mapei Stadium in January.
Score prediction: Parma 1-1 Sassuolo
Napoli vs Udinese (Sunday 5pm)
Dethroned champions Napoli have stuttered in recent weeks, with just two wins in six games. Udinese were undone by relegation-threatened Cremonese last time out and have lost 10 of the last 11 meetings in Naples.
Score prediction: Napoli 3-1 Udinese
Torino vs Juventus (Sunday 7.45pm)
Juventus slipped up last week and even victory in the Derby della Mole may not be enough for a top-four finish now. The Old Lady have lost just once in 41 meetings with their city rivals but Torino are unbeaten in five at home and would love to pile on the agony.
Score prediction: Torino 1-1 Juventus
Verona vs Roma (Sunday 7.45pm)
Roma know a win at relegated Verona will secure Champions League football for next season but must be wary at a venue where they have lost in three of the last four encounters. Just 12 goals in 18 home games highlights the problems for Paolo Sammarco's side.
Score prediction: Verona 0-1 Roma
Cremonese vs Como (Sunday 7.45pm)
Victory over Pisa kept Cremonese's survival bid alive but Lecce's win at Sassuolo was not welcome news. Their burst of form may have come too late, which could also be true of Como's top-four hopes.
Score prediction: Cremonese 0-1 Como
Lecce vs Genoa (Sunday 7.45pm)
Lecce have lost just once in five games and are on the precipice of survival. Genoa meanwhile are winless in four after securing their status. Three of the last four meetings at the Stadio Via del Mare have ended level and a fifth home win of the season may evade Lecce.
Score prediction: Lecce 1-1 Genoa
AC Milan vs Cagliari (Sunday 7.45pm)
One win in the last four has left Milan under pressure to secure their top-four berth. With just one win nine on the road – none since January – Cagliari are optimal visitors for the Rossoneri to limp over the finish line. The hosts have won three of the four San Siro meetings, with an aggregate of 14-4 in that run.
Score prediction: AC Milan 3-1 Cagliari
