Juventus have won nine of their last 12 home matches in all competitions
Roma have conceded just nine goals at home in Serie A
Inter have kept just two clean sheets in their last seven league home matches
Inter Milan hold an eight-point lead at the top of Serie A and the Nerazzurri will be aiming to make sure they have at least maintained their advantage heading into the final international break of the season.
Inter head to Florence to face Fiorentina in the final match of Week 30 on Sunday night, while chief title rivals AC Milan host Torino on Saturday evening.
Cagliari vs Napoli (Friday, 5.30pm)
Napoli have had to contend with a number of injuries, but a three-match winning run has breathed some life into their slim hopes of defending the Scudetto.
Antonio Conte's men can claim maximum points against Cagliari, who are winless in six.
Score prediction: Cagliari 0-1 Napoli
Genoa vs Udinese (Friday, 7.45pm)
Genoa have claimed nine points from their last four matches and could earn another victory at home to Udinese.
The visitors have lost four of their last six matches, each time by a single goal.
Score prediction: Genoa 2-1 Udinese
Parma vs Cremonese (Saturday, 2pm)
Mid-table Parma have stuttered in recent weeks, but a clash with Cremonese could be the tonic they need.
The visitors are winless in 15, losing 11, and new boss Marco Giampaolo could need more time to steady the ship after his appointment on Wednesday.
Score prediction: Parma 2-0 Cremonese
AC Milan vs Torino (Saturday, 5pm)
AC Milan's title hopes suffered a blow at Lazio last weekend but they should bounce back by beating Torino at San Siro.
The Rossoneri have conceded just 11 goals at home in Serie A this term and are facing a team with one point in five on their travels.
Score prediction: AC Milan 1-0 Torino
Juventus vs Sassuolo (Saturday, 7.45pm)
Juventus are eager to push on towards Serie A's top four, but they will be wary of the threat posed by Sassuolo, who have claimed five wins in their last eight matches.
The Neroverdi have, however, struggled against Serie A's stronger sides and could play second fiddle to the Old Lady.
Score prediction: Juventus 2-1 Sassuolo
Como vs Pisa (Sunday, 11.30am)
Como are on a four-match winning run in the league and should have no problems dispatching lowly Pisa, who are without a win in 14 Serie A away matches this term.
Three of Como's last five home victories came to nil and they can make that four in six on Sunday.
Score prediction: Como 2-0 Pisa
Atalanta vs Verona (Sunday, 2pm)
Atalanta must pick themselves up after a Champions League humbling at the hands of Bayern Munich, and can do so against struggling Verona.
The visitors beat Bologna in their last away match, but that was their first win since December 14.
Score prediction: Atalanta 3-1 Verona
Bologna vs Lazio (Sunday, 2pm)
Bologna have won four of their last five Serie A matches but they bump into a Lazio side with renewed belief after back-to-back wins over Sassuolo and AC Milan.
Lazio remain a tough nut to crack and can earn a point at Renato Dall'Ara.
Score prediction: Bologna 1-1 Lazio
Roma vs Lecce (Sunday, 5pm)
Roma have not always been pretty to watch this season but Gian Piero Gasperini's men have the best home defensive record in Italy's top flight, despite drawing 3-3 with Juventus in their last Stadio Olimpico outing.
They can stand firm against a shot-shy Lecce team with just 21 goals to their name.
Score prediction: Roma 2-0 Lecce
Inter Milan vs Fiorentina (Sunday, 7:45pm)
Serie A leaders Inter should prove too strong for Fiorentina.
The Nerazzurri have claimed 35 points from a possible 45 at home this season and even a much-improved Viola are expected to find them too hot to handle.
The visitors will be jaded after Thursday's Conference League trip to Poland, but can bag a consolation.
Score prediction: Inter Milan 3-1 Fiorentina.
