  • Top two Inter and AC lock horns in Derby della Madonnina

  • Relegation rivals Lecce and Cremonese meet in six-pointer

  • In-form Sassuolo out to heap more misery on Lazio

With 11 games to go, Inter have built up a ten-point lead at the top of Serie A and victory in Sunday's Derby della Madonnina against second-placed Milan would go a long way to sealing their fate.

The scrap for survival is also intensifying and there is a mammoth clash in store at the bottom as 18th-placed Lecce host Cremonese, a side only above them and outside the relegation spots on goal difference.

Napoli vs Torino (Friday, 7.45pm)

Napoli snapped a three-game winless streak with last Saturday's 2-1 success at Verona and they can build on that against Torino, who have won only three of their 13 away games.

That said, Napoli have failed to keep a clean sheet in nine.

Score prediction: Napoli 2-1 Torino

Cagliari vs Como (Saturday, 2pm)

Como have been one of this season's surprise packages and they are still firmly in the hunt for the top four.

Manager Cesc Fabregas can guide his charges to a third straight league victory at Cagliari, who have netted only once in four Serie A assignments.

Score prediction: Cagliari 0-2 Como

Atalanta vs Udinese (Saturday, 5pm)

Atalanta have won 11 of their last 13 matches at their Bergamo base and they should have too much quality for Udinese, who have lost on their last two road trips, to Lecce and Bologna.

La Dea's last two home league victories ended 2-1 and this may follow suit.

Score prediction: Atalanta 2-1 Udinese

Juventus vs Pisa (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Juventus' top-four aspirations have been dented by a four-match winless run, but they should ease past second-bottom Pisa who have won just once in 27 league outings.

The reverse fixture ended 2-0 and this could too.

Score prediction: Juventus 2-0 Pisa

Lecce vs Cremonese (Sunday, 11.30am)

Cremonese triumphed 2-0 in December's reverse fixture but they have lost their way since, failing to win any of their last 13 fixtures.

The visitors have failed to score in seven of their last nine away games and Lecce, who have won two of their last four, can get revenge.

Score prediction: Lecce 1-0 Cremonese

Bologna vs Verona (Sunday, 2pm)

Bologna are rallying from a slow start and can make it six wins on the spin at the expense of Verona, who are bottom and nine points adrift of safety.

Bologna's last four victories all finished 1-0 and they may have to adopt the patient approach again.

Score prediction: Bologna 1-0 Verona

Fiorentina vs Parma (Sunday, 2pm)

Fiorentina were thumped 3-0 at Udinese on Monday and their frustrations may continue against Parma, who are nine points above them in the Serie A standings and who have taken 10 points from their last four matches.

Five of the last six rivalries have ended all-square.

Score prediction: Fiorentina 1-1 Parma

Genoa vs Roma (Sunday, 5pm)

Roma threw away a two-goal lead to draw 3-3 with Juventus last time out, but they are unlikely to make the same mistake against a Genoa side who have lost three of their last five.

The Wolves have won the last two meetings 3-1.

Score prediction: Genoa 1-3 Roma

AC Milan vs Inter Milan (Sunday, 7.45pm)

AC Milan are unbeaten in six meetings with fierce rivals Inter and they know they need to win to have any chance of challenging for the title.

The Nerazzurri would arguably take a point and two of the last four clashes have ended 1-1.

Score prediction: AC Milan 1-1 Inter Milan

Lazio vs Sassuolo (Monday, 7.45pm)

Lazio are in a slump, having only one win in their last nine matches and Sassuolo may be able to pounce.

The visitors are on a roll, winning five of their last six and have plenty in their favour.

Score prediction: Lazio 1-2 Sassuolo
