Photos: Milan players react to Lazio draw on social media – “Long way to go”

AC Milan came away with one point from their trip to the Italian capital, facing Lazio on Saturday evening. Since it was a draw, not that many players posted on social media afterwards.

Ruben Amorim and his men headed into the game with a clear goal: get back to winning ways. Sadly, they shot themselves in the foot with a really poor first-half performance, allowing Lazio to dominate most of the affair.

They finally found their feet in the second half, scoring twice through Diego Moreira, but it wasn’t enough to get the win. The way they managed to pull off the comeback was still important, though, and acts as a small confidence boost ahead of the Benfica clash on Wednesday.

As said in the intro, there wasn’t exactly a flood of player reactions on social media today, as tends to be the case after a win. Those that did post, however, all emphasised that Milan have a lot of work to do.
