Official: Starting XIs for Lazio vs. Milan – three changes from Juventus draw

AC Milan head coach Ruben Amorim has named his starting line-up for the game against Lazio, and once again there are alterations.

Milan have started the campaign well with two wins and one draw from the first three games. However, Gennaro Gattuso has led Lazio to three wins from three in the league so far so they are joint-top, and can move outright top for at least 48 hours this evening.

Amorim will stick with the three-man defence of Mario Gila – facing his old club – Koni De Winter and Strahinja Pavlovic ahead of the goalkeeper and captain Mike Maignan. Matteo Gabbia has shaken off an ankle issue and makes the bench.

The four across the midfield from right to left are Samuel Chukwueze, Adrien Rabiot, Luka Modric and Pervis Estupinan. Ruben Loftus-Cheek replaces Rabiot in the right-sided attacking midfielder role, with Alphadjo Cisse on the other side and Goncalo Ramos leading the line.

Amorim will be able to call upon Diego Moreira, Ardon Jashari, Yunus Musah, Alexis Saelemaekers, Christian Pulisic, Omari Hutchinson and Francesco Camarda. The latter three are hoping for their first minutes of 2026-27.
