Liverpool get their final tune-up before the Premier League season gets underway as they host Champions League-bound Como at Anfield.

The Reds will face the Italian team twice in the same day, with the first clash kicking off in the morning behind closed doors before the fan element is introduced for the evening meeting.

Andoni Iraola will be hoping for better fortunes after his losing Anfield bow, which saw Liverpool throw away another 2-0 lead to suffer a late 3-2 defeat to AS Monaco last weekend.

Cesc Fabregas’ Como, meanwhile, will look to go better than their spirited draw against Arsenal last time out.

Here’s everything you need to know.

When is Liverpool vs Como?

Liverpool’s pre-season clash with Como kicks off at 6pm BST on Sunday 16 August at Anfield. The behind-closed-doors meeting kicks off at 11:30am BST.

How can I watch it?

Fans can watch both games on All Red Video, Liverpool’s club streaming platform.

Alexis Mac Allister may return after coming back from his post-World Cup break, while Curtis Jones is also in contention after a hip issue. Joe Gomez is out injured.

Como could hand Trevoh Chalobah a first start after making his debut off the bench against Arsenal.
