Anan Khalaili, after the deal with Inter collapsed, has become a new Crystal Palace player

The Khalaili deal marked a turning point in Inter’s summer transfer window. Coni stepped in after he failed the sporting eligibility tests, forcing Inter to rethink their plans before moving for Stones in defence and then Spence out wide.

Now the Israeli has found a new club and is a Crystal Palace player. His agent Boaz Goren has again spoken to 103FM about the move to Inter that fell through.
