Tottenham boss Thomas Frank has been handed a fitness boost ahead of their daunting midweek Champions League meeting with PSG.

Spurs face the Ligue 1 and Champions League champions in Paris on Wednesday night as they look to quickly move on from Sunday’s humiliating North London Derby defeat.

Leandro Trossard put the Gunners ahead 10 minutes before the break before former Spurs target Eberechi Eze doubled Arsenal’s advantage five minutes later.

The former Crystal Palace man scored his second and Arsenal’s third moments after the restart and completed his hat-trick in the 76th minute to cap a fine showing in a 4-1 win over Spurs.

Under pressure Frank handed fitness boost

Frank is under pressure to turn Spurs’ fortunes around following a run of just one win in their last five, which includes disappointing defeats to rivals Chelsea and Arsenal.

And while they face a tough test in midweek, the Dane has received a triple boost for their European clash.

Both Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall have trained as normal ahead of the trip to Paris after the pair were unused subs in the loss at Arsenal.

Gray hasn’t featured for Frank’s side since playing the full 90 minutes in last month’s 0-0 draw with Monaco, while Bergvall last featured for Spurs in the 1-0 loss to Chelsea at the start of November.

However, the young midfielder came off after just seven minutes due to concussion protocols, which meant he was unable to feature for Sweden during the recent international break.

On-loan forward set to face parent club

In addition, Randal Kolo Muani is available to face his parent club despite suffering a fractured jaw in Spurs’ 2-2 draw with Manchester United.

The French forward, who joined Spurs on loan from PSG on deadline day, came off the bench against Arsenal in a specially fitted mask to prevent further damage, and is now battling with Richarlison for a starting spot in midweek.

Radu Dragusin, Ben Davies, Kota Takai and Mathys Tel have also trained, though are ineligible to face PSG having been left off Spurs’ Champions League squad list.

Brennan Johnson, meanwhile, is suspended following his dismissal against Copenhagen, while Dominic Solanke, James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski are all missing owing to respective ankle and knee injuries.
