Sunderland boss Le Bris confirms fitness boosts ahead of opening clash

Sunderland boss Regis Le Bris has confirmed his entire squad is available for their Premier League opener against Ipswich, barring Simon Adingra.

The Black Cats return to top flight action against Ipswich with the boost of Thomas Meunier, Nordi Mukiele and Omar Alderete all being available for selection.

Le Bris did, however, admit his players are at different stages of fitness ahead of the opening fixture.

“Yes, all of our players are available except Simon,” Le Bris said.

“We’ll see for the game time because they’re not all at the same stage, I would say, fitness level-wise.

“But they are available.”
