Recommended bet: Manchester United to win & both teams to score
Michael Carrick's three-game winning start to life back in charge of Manchester United has lifted spirits at Old Trafford, where Tottenham arrive on Saturday also back on the up.
Thomas Frank's odds on the chop have been lengthened on the back of a four-game unbeaten run, culminating in a 2-2 draw against Manchester City.

Team news
Matthijs de Ligt's injury means Carrick has no need to change his back four and Matheus Cunha should keep his place while Patrick Dorgu recovers from a hamstring problem.
Mason Mount should be available after a minor injury.
Spurs are still without Pedro Porro, Rodrigo Bentancur, Lucas Bergvall, Kevin Danso, Ben Davies, Mohammed Kudus, Dejan Kulusevski, James Maddison and Richarlison.
Frank will be praying Cristian Romero, Micky Van de Ven, Djed Spence and Dominic Solanke have recovered from strains.
The stats
United have won three out of three under interim boss Carrick and have lost only two of their last 13, finding the net in all 13.
Spurs have been involved in seven 2-2 draws this season, one coming against Manchester United at the Tottenham Stadium in November.
Both teams have scored in 11 of United's last 13.
Tottenham are unbeaten in four, scoring two goals in each of those matches.

Prediction
Frank has bought himself some time by securing a top-eight Champions League spot and drawing 2-2 against Manchester City, but he looks to be on thin ice heading into this clash at Old Trafford.
The embattled Spurs' chief will take a threadbare square to United as he tries to juggle two games in four days – they play Newcastle next Tuesday – without nine first-teamers and a few more struggling.
And while this is a team who deserve untold credit for the wins over Dortmund and Frankfurt which secured their Champions League seeding, this is the same team who drew 2-2 with a woeful Burnley in between those European successes.
They are still far too easy to cut apart and United, with all their attacking gems firing, represent a stern opponent.
Carrick was handed a tricky opening trio of matches but has more than passed the test with a 2-0 win over Manchester City preceding a pair of 3-2 triumphs over Arsenal and Fulham.
They have looked suspect defensively but a real potent threat going forward and that could ultimately work in their favour.
It was 2-2 when the teams met in North London in November and the return promises to be every bit as goal-laden. Neither manager can afford to take backward steps.
