The Dutchman was a positive performer in a tough season for the Hammers, who reluctantly accepted Summerville would not stick around in the second tier.
Goncalo Ramos - Paris Saint-Germain to AC Milan (£63.4m)
AC Milan's move for Goncalo Ramos was a bold statement of intent, as the Italians broke their transfer record to land the Paris Saint-Germain poacher.

Yan Diomande - RB Leipzig to Real Madrid (£107m)
Real Madrid beat competition from Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain to sign Yan Diomande, the costliest deal of a summer overhaul under the returning Jose Mourinho.
Diomande was electric in the Bundesliga last season, scoring 12 times and adding eight assists, and the teenager now links up with Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior in an attack full of speed and skill.
