Liverpool (Home side): After just one match, it remains to be seen if Liverpool will be good this season, but it seems pretty certain that they'll be fun. Last Sunday, in Andoni Iraola's first competitive match in charge, the Reds were involved in an end-to-end thriller with Newcastle at St James' Park.
The home side led inside five minutes, only for Cody Gakpo to lash home an equaliser, albeit Newcastle retook the lead straight away. Right at the death, just as the Geordies were ready to celebrate a famous win, Víctor Muñoz was bumped over in the area, penalty given, and Dominik Szoboszlai lashed into the top corner as the clock struck 98.
In the end, Liverpool were pleased to take the point and run. Now though, with Ipswich and Fulham their next two opponents after this, Iraola will be hoping this is the start of a winning streak.
Nottingham Forest (Away team): Nottingham Forest fans meantime will be experiencing a sense of déjà vu. Last weekend, the Garibaldi Reds were beaten 1-0 by Leeds United at the City Ground, conceding a free-kick right at the end. Then, on Tuesday, they were beaten 2-0 by Leeds again, also at home, both goals coming after the break in front of the away fans in the Bridgford End.
Forest fans were not sure about new manager Oliver Glasner, following his arrival from Crystal Palace, and this has done nothing to boost his popularity. Well, a win at Anfield would certainly change the zeitgeist on the banks of the River Trent, so can Forest exploit Liverpool's weaknesses?

Iraola is without Joe Gomez, Giovanni Leoni, Conor Bradley, Hugo Ekitiké and Federico Chiesa due to injury. Having not even been on the bench at Newcastle, will Harvey Elliott be involved this time?
