Ex-Tottenham scout says something isn't 'right' as they were 'happy' with meagre result

Former Tottenham scout Bryan King has told the club things aren't "right" as he has suggested how Spurs can rectify things.
Spurs have finished 17th in the last couple of Premier League campaigns. Up until the final day last season, they were not safe, but a 1-0 victory over Everton confirmed their place in the top flight again for this campaign.
It has not started an awful lot better, even after a £302million summer spend which saw them sign the likes of Sandro Tonali and Savio.
After three games, Tottenham are on only one point, picked up in their last game against Nottingham Forest. Spurs did not have a single shot on target in that game.
In the previous two games in the league, the north London club lost 3-0 to Brentford and 2-0 to Newcastle.
Former club scout King, speaking to Football Insider, feels standards have slipped at Tottenham, where a draw against Forest should not be something to shout about.

He said: "Certainly the performance against Nottingham Forest showed that they were fighting for a result.
"But again, the money they spent, they should be going to Nottingham Forest and saying, 'if we go away from here with a draw, we're not going to be happy.'
"But I think they were so happy with the draw. And after the result against Charlton, the staff reaction was as though they'd just beaten Paris Saint-Germain in the final of the Champions League.
"There's a lot of things that ain't right there, that is for sure. They've got to start winning games for a start. I just think that this is the third year that Tottenham have had a poor home record. It didn't just happen.
"This is the third year that the performances at the best stadium in the country have been so poor. They've got to start winning games. They've got to start playing football. That's the only way you're going to get this Spurs crowd on your side."
Tottenham next play Everton on Saturday, who last week held Manchester United to a 2-2 draw. They then have a tough test in the League Cup against Liverpool, before facing fellow strugglers Aston Villa in the Premier League.
After the international break, Spurs face United and Chelsea in the span of three games, so will hope to have picked up some results before those tough matches.
