Coventry spending spree continues with another forward addition

Coventry City have completed the permanent signing of forward Sidiki Cherif from Fenerbahce.

The 19-year-old joined the Turkish giants on loan with an obligation to buy last season but has now moved to the Premier League side for a fee of around £20.5m.

“I’m very happy to be a Coventry City player and I’m excited to be playing in the Premier League,” Cherif said.

“I’m looking forward to showing the fans what I can do and to play at the amazing stadium.

“I can’t wait to get started.”
