Coventry City trio nearing return to training

Frank Lampard has confirmed Josh Eccles, Kaine Kesler-Hayden and Luke Woolfenden remain sidelined for Coventry City, but hopes the trio can return to training during the international break.

The trio are yet to play in the Premier League this season but are nearing returns.

“Josh Eccles is not fit yet, Kaine won’t be back yet, hopefully they’ll be back around the international break time to start training,” Lampard said.

“Woolfy the same and Haji (Wright) is longer term but the rest is as is.”

New signing Yann Gboho is available for selection for the clash with Brighton, however

“He’s been training with us this week which has been great after he came in at the end of the window,” Lampard added.

“He’s been adapting to us and training with us, but he’s had a few good days training.”
