Steven Bergwijn fired Ittihad Club to all three points on Monday night. The 28-year-old forward scored all three of his side's goals in a 3-2 win over Al-Hazem.

With Bergwijn in the starting XI, Ittihad Club fell behind at home. Abdulaziz Al-Dwehe was left completely unmarked and tapped in a low cross from Afimico Pululu with ease: 0-1.

Ittihad Club turned it around before half-time, and Bergwijn drove the comeback.

Just after the half-hour mark, the Dutchman rifled the ball into the top corner from the edge of the penalty area for 1-1. He then made it 2-1 from the penalty spot after a foul by Mohamed Ben Hamida.

Al-Hazem hit back again in the second half. Sofiane Bendebka powered home a header after an hour to make it 2-2.

Bergwijn still had the final say. Ten minutes from time, he converted another penalty to seal a 3-2 win for Ittihad Club.

That was Ittihad Club's second win of the season after three matches. For now, it puts them top of the Saudi Pro League, although many clubs still have a game in hand. Al-Hazem are currently tenth.
