Officially: a Gulf state to host the Saudi Super Cup

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation confirmed on Monday that this season's domestic Super Cup will be staged in Kuwait.

According to the Saudi Federation website, the Super Cup will run from 19 to 23 December.

Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium will host the four-team competition, with Al-Nassr, Al-Ahli, Al-Qadsiah and Al-Khaleej all in the mix.

The draw takes place on 14 October.
