Official: Real Madrid squad for the game against Malaga

After having played and won their first two games of the 2026-27 season, Real Madrid will be looking to keep up their winning run as they host Malaga for their third game of the new La Liga campaign. The Merengues have been preparing for this game since the win against Real Sociedad, as this game is scheduled to take place on Sunday at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Recent reports indicated that Jose Mourinho remained without several players, including Endrick, Aurelien Tchouameni, Eder Militao, Rodrygo Goes, Ferland Mendy, and Thiago Pitarch as he prepared his team for this upcoming game.

As a result, none of these players have been named in the squad published by Real Madrid for this game. Endrick and Tchouameni’s condition is not as serious as that of other players in this list, but they still have not been able to regain their fitness and the Portuguese coach is not going to take any risks with any of his players.

To make up for these absences, Mourinho has called up several players from the youth team. These include the goalkeeper Javi Navarro, the defender Mario Rivas, and the midfielders Cestero and Alexis Ciria.
