Gianluca Scamacca is expected to start, while Issa Doumbia is tipped to make his first start for Italy in their home Nations League clash with Vincenzo Montella’s Turkiye.

It kicks off at 20:45 CET [19:45 BST] at the Stadio Dall’Ara in Bologna.

Italy and Turkiye already met in Bursa last week, with the Azzurri securing a comfortable 4-1 victory in their Round 2 Nations League group-stage clash.

Tonight, Round 4 is on, and Azzurri coach Roberto Mancini has already confirmed several changes to his starting XI for the final match of the international break.

Moise Kean is unavailable, and Francesco Pio Esposito has already started three games from three, so Scamacca is likely to start up front for the Azzurri.

Italian sources, including Sky Sport and Gazzetta, claim Alessandro Bastoni will start for the third straight game, joining Gianluca Mancini in Italy’s back line.

Michael Kayode is also expected to start at right-back, replacing Giovanni Di Lorenzo for the third consecutive game. The Brentford defender scored one of Italy’s four goals in the reverse fixture against Turkiye, which marked his debut with the Azzurri.

Turkiye coach Montella will be without the injured Hakan Calhanoglu and Kenan Yildiz, and the suspended Arda Guler.

Italy have collected four points in the opening three games, while Turkiye have lost all three matches so far. France lead Group A with seven points, followed by Belgium with six.
