Manchester United Women’s October schedule has been confirmed, with four Barclays Women’s Super League fixtures against Liverpool, Charlton Athletic, Manchester City and Everton.

The confirmed dates and kick-off times follow the latest round of broadcast selections, giving supporters a clear outline of United’s October programme. The month includes home matches against Liverpool and Manchester City, as well as away trips to Charlton Athletic and Everton.

United enter the run after a difficult start to the season. The side were beaten 2-1 by London City Lionesses in their opening match, with the result reported by The Peoples Person.

October fixtures broken down

Manchester United’s official website has confirmed the dates and kick-off times for all four October league fixtures.

The programme begins with Liverpool at home on Saturday 3 October. That match is scheduled to kick off at 13:30 BST and will be shown live on the BBC for viewers in the UK.

After a two-week break, United travel to newly promoted Charlton Athletic on Sunday 18 October. The fixture has a 14:00 BST kick-off and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK.

United then host reigning Women’s Super League champions Manchester City on Sunday 25 October. The match is due to start at 18:00 GMT and, like the Charlton game, will be shown live on Sky Sports for UK viewers.

The month concludes with an away match against Everton on Saturday 31 October. United’s Halloween fixture is scheduled for a 12:45 GMT kick-off.

A demanding month follows a shaky start

New head coach Eva Olid has begun her United tenure following the 2-1 defeat to London City Lionesses. Before October arrives, the team are also due to face Chelsea on Sunday and Arsenal, the 2025 Champions League winners, on Saturday 19 September.

Jessica Bernal is among the new signings at the club and has spoken about what it means to represent Manchester United. The upcoming sequence of fixtures gives United a demanding run of league matches as the season develops.
