Endrick is finally considering the most obvious move to save his career
There's no denying Endrick has all the talent in the world to be a great player at Real Madrid. We saw little moments from the Brazilian during his first season at the club, and that got fans excited for what was to come from the striker. However, things haven't quite worked out for Endrick at Real Madrid.
Having spent half of last season on loan and only playing four minutes so far this season, something has to change if he hopes to still salvage his career, and that change could be coming in the shape of another loan.
As being reported by AS, Endrick will have the option to leave Real Madrid on loan in January once again this season, with the Brazilian said to be strongly considering the option. Endrick has a number of clubs interested in recruiting him in January, with Roma currently the option that appeals to him most, given they are playing Champions League football and are sitting top of Serie A.
Leaving on loan would be the best move for Endrick, so this isn't just a move he should consider, but one he should actually act upon.
Endrick finally realises he has to leave Real Madrid to save his career
As mentioned earlier, there's no denying Endrick has all the makings of a top player; however, his situation at the Bernabeu has been tough ever since his arrival. He arrived into a squad that was already loaded with attackers, and arriving the same summer as Kylian Mbappe didn't help much either.
Constantly having to fight for minutes with Vinicius Junior, Kylian Mbappe, Brahim Diaz, Arda Guler, and even Rodrygo once he returns from injury is nearly impossible, even more so when you consider the summer arrivals of Yan Diomande and Carlos Espi.
As tough as it is to say, Endrick just doesn't have a place at Real Madrid, and constantly sitting on the bench every weekend is doing so much harm to his career. At 20 years old, these are the crucial development years of his career, so at this point we just have to be blunt: Endrick has to leave in January, no ifs, ands, or buts.
And for Endrick, Roma would be a great place for him to land for a six-month loan. Despite being an Italian team with an Italian coach, Gian Piero Gasperini plays a very attacking style of football that would suit Endrick's game, and getting fed passes from Paulo Dybala and playing in a front two with Donyell Malen, who's flying for Roma at the moment, would be a great experience for the Brazilian to get consistent game time week in and week out.
Endrick grabbed eight goals and eight assists in 21 appearances during his loan spell at Lyon last season, showing what he is capable of when he gets regular minutes, something he just won't be getting at Real Madrid any time soon.
It's nothing against Endrick; again, he is an incredibly talented player, but Real Madrid just isn't the club for him at the moment. Real Madrid fans would love to see the youngster succeed, and for him, he is most likely to find that success away from the Bernabeu, no matter how painful a fact it might be for him to swallow.
