Carabao Cup third-round draw: Liverpool host Spurs, Man Utd reunite Baleba with Brighton

Liverpool will host Tottenham Hotspur in the pick of the Carabao Cup third-round ties. The record 10-time winners will meet the North Londoners at Anfield after Thursday night's draw.
