A return to AC Milan for Brahim Diaz is once again been spoken about, but a report from Spain has poured cold water on things.

Brahim Diaz spent three years on loan at Milan, joining on an initial one-year deal in 2020 then remaining for another two years. He was a Scudetto winner in 2021-22, and helped reach the Champions League semi-finals in the following campaign.

He returned to Real Madrid where he has since stayed, but there has regularly been talk of a potential reunion with Milan. Bernabeu Digital report that the future of Brahim Díaz is once again at the centre of the news.

The Moroccan international remains part of the Real Madrid squad, but several European clubs are keeping a close eye on any developments that may arise in the coming months.

According to journalist Ekrem Konur, both Milan and Galatasaray are monitoring Brahim’s situation with a view to a potential move in the summer of 2027. The journalist notes that the forward’s current contract with Real Madrid expires at the end of the season.

He states that a renewal is not imminent. However, this information contradicts a previous report by Bernabéu Digital, which stated that the renewal agreement for the player was finalised and only the official announcement was pending.

Their report goes on to mention that Brahim has already attracted interest from several clubs in recent months, including Juventus, Roma and Borussia Dortmund. Real Madrid have consistently expressed confidence in his staying at the club.
