The duo Anthony Gordon and Dani Olmo keep playing their part in swelling the team's goal tally, creating chances throughout the opening matches of the season. Neither has found the net himself yet.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo", every available front-line player wearing a first-team squad number scored across the first five matches of the season, with the exception of Anthony Gordon and Dani Olmo.

Both men can score, and both will be pushing to lift the team's output this season. Raphinha has opened his account with 8 goals, Lamine Yamal with 5, Fermín López with 4 and Karim Adeyemi with one, while new arrival Gabriel Jesus also grabbed his first against the opposition.

Gordon and Olmo may not have celebrated a goal of their own yet, but they have played a direct hand in creating plenty.

The Englishman has served up 5 assists in his four league appearances. He began by setting up two goals against Elche, then teed up two more against Rayo, before adding another against Valencia.

Olmo joined in against the Bats too, laying on two assists in the 5-0 win.

Beyond Gordon and Olmo, forwards Hamza Abdelkarim and Jessy Bissiel are yet to score, despite training with the first team while wearing reserve-team squad numbers.

The Egyptian forward has managed just 4 minutes, while the Belgian is still waiting on his first appearance.
