Anderlecht needed a late goal from Adriano Bertaccini to seal a 2-1 home win over RAAL La Louviere on Sunday but they should be confident of progressing from their Europa League qualifying tie against PAOK.
The weekend league victory ended a run of eight straight Anderlecht home fixtures which had produced over 3.5 goals.
They showed their defensive grit last week to grind out a 1-0 win in Greece, where they went ahead inside the first minute.
But a more open contest is on the cards in Brussels and Anderlecht should be backed to win a game in which both teams score.
