Portsmouth defeated Cardiff 2-0 last time out
Recommended bet: Draw/Portsmouth double chance, both teams to score and Adrian Segecic to score or assist at 5/1 with LiveScore Bet
Charlton play host to Portsmouth at the Valley in the Championship on Saturday afternoon as they look to extend their excellent start to the campaign.
The Addicks sit fifth in the table after winning three of their opening six matches, losing just once in the process.
By contrast, Pompey occupy 17th spot having won two of their five games so far, although one of those wins came against Cardiff last weekend.

Team news
Billy Koumetio, Collins Sichenje, Josh Edwards, Kayne Ramsay, Matt Godden, Nathaniel Chalobah and Will Mannion are all ruled out for Charlton due to injury.
Boss Nathan Jones may therefore go with the same starting XI that drew with QPR in midweek.
Portsmouth are also facing something of an injury crisis, with Connor Ogilvie, Franco Umeh, Jacob Farrell, Josh Murphy, Keshi Anderson, Mark Kosznovszky and Thomas Waddingham are all out injured. The latest Charlton vs Portsmouth odds are available on LiveScore Bet
The stats
Portsmouth won both meetings with Charlton last season, securing a 2-1 home win in December before enjoying a 3-1 victory at The Valley in February.
However, the Addicks had been on a six-game unbeaten run against Pompey in all competitions prior to that, winning three and drawing three.
Seven of the last 10 head-to-heads have seen goals at both ends.
Both teams have scored in five of Charlton’s eight matches this season, while four of Portsmouth's six games have featured both teams scoring, although not in either of their last two.
Adrian Segecic has scored twice and grabbed one assist for Portsmouth across six matches this season. The Croatian winger registered an assist during the 2-1 home win over Charlton last season.

Prediction
This could well be a tight affair at the Valley on Saturday, although Portsmouth hold the current bragging rights after winning both games last season.
Charlton are riding high in the Championship right now, trailing leaders West Brom by just two points.
The Addicks have not won in three league games, though, and Pompey go into the game having sealed an important 2-0 win over Cardiff last time out so should be full of confidence.
John Mousinho's men have scored in five of their six games so far, so can come away from The Valley with a positive result, and with Segecic providing an assist last time out as well as his goal threat, he could be a difference-maker once more.
Score prediction: Charlton 1-2 Portsmouth
