Birmingham won against QPR in midweek after three consecutive losses
Sheff Utd have only won one of their last four league games
Recommended bet: Sheff Utd to win
Birmingham secured their first league win since February 21st courtesy of a 1-0 victory over QPR in midweek and that result moved the Blues up to 10th place in the Championship table, just five points behind Wrexham in sixth.
Sheff Utd lost to 2-1 Norwich City in midweek despite taking the lead in the first half and that loss left them in 13th and a play-off spot is beginning to look highly unlikely.
Blades boss Chris Wilder will be looking to bounce back to winning ways as his side have won just once since February 22nd.

Team news
The Blues will be without Lee Buchanan, Alexander Cochrane and Thomas Doyle due to injury.
Kai Wagner is set to be absent for a few weeks due to a shoulder issue and August Priske missed the QPR game to being unwell and is unlikely to be risked this weekend.
Blades chief Wilder has plenty of players on the treatment table heading into this game, with Michael Cooper, Tom Davies, Sam McCallum and Jamie Shackleton are unavailable.
Kalvin Phillips was suspended for three games after his sending-off against Sheff Wed a few weeks ago, but he was not involved in the loss to Norwich.
Gustavo Hamer is suspended for this match, while Patrick Bamford was forced off against West Brom and missed the Canaries clash and it remains to be seen whether he is fit for this clash.
The stats
The Blades won the reverse meeting in December, claiming an impressive 3-0 win at home.
That was their second league win on the bounce against the Blues, although they did suffer an EFL Cup exit at the hands of the club in August 2025.
United have scored more goals in the Championship this term, netting 52 to Birmingham's 47, but the Blades have conceded 51, four more than Wilder's side.
Both teams have scored in four of the previous five games between these two sides in all competitions.
Jay Stansfield and Mavin Ducksch lead the way for Birmingham, scoring 10 goals each this season.
Bamford is United's leading marksman this term with nine goals, despite only signing for them in November.

Prediction
The Blues ended their wait for a win in midweek and this should give them plenty of confidence heading into another home match this weekend.
However, Wilder has done a decent job at the Blades, moving them away from the drop zone to mid-table safety.
A win here could give them a slim chance of challenging for the play-offs, but they will need to be near perfect in the next few weeks.
While the loss to Norwich was a blow, expect the Blades to bounce back against the Blues.
