Haaland favours La Liga over Premier League transfer
Should Erling Haaland be forced to leave Manchester City due to the club being demoted after being found guilty of 114 charges by the Premier League, he would favour a move to Barcelona or Real Madrid, TeamTalk reports.
Arsenal are also tracking the possibility of signing the Norway international and have the financial muscle to pursue a deal for the striker, but the appeal of Spain may be too much for the ex-Dortmund star to resist.
Meanwhile, those around Haaland have earmarked 2027 as a potential exit date.
Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea all track Matanovic
Arsenal have been joined by Manchester United and Chelsea in scouting Freiburg attacker Igor Matanovic, CaughtOffside reports.
The giant forward scored 15 goals last season and is said by one source close to the Bundesliga club to be a player “ready to explode” this season.
Matanovic is seen as a player who shares many of the same qualities as Kai Havertz and Freiburg are ready to demand close to €60 million for any team that wants to sign the 23-year-old, who has netted three Bundesliga goals already this season.
Chiesa ready to make Serie A return
Federico Chiesa is ready to put an end to his time with Liverpool and make a return to Serie A, with several different options emerging for the Italy international winger.
Chiesa has had a difficult time at Anfield, but his stock in his homeland remains high and he has attracted interest from numerous teams.
Inter Milan, Atalanta and Lazio are all following the player, according to Calciomercato, with the player hoping that a deal could see him return to the international team. There are no official negotiations as yet, however.
