Liam Rosenior has started his Chelsea reign with four fixtures in four different competitions
Pafos claimed their first Champions League win by beating Villarreal 1-0 on matchday four
Recommended bet: Chelsea to win 3-0
Liam Rosenior won his first Premier League match as Chelsea manager at the weekend and he is long odds-on to enjoy a winning Champions League debut on Wednesday.
The Blues beat in-form Brentford 2-0 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday thanks to goals from Joao Pedro and Cole Palmer and they host Pafos on matchday seven of the Champions League.
The Cypriot champions have exceeded expectations in Europe this term, beating Villarreal 1-0 in November and picking up draws against Olympiakos, Kairat and Monaco.
However, Chelsea beat Benfica 1-0, Ajax 5-1 and Barcelona 3-0 in their first three Champions League home fixtures and they should extend that winning streak on Wednesday.

Team news
Chelsea will assess the fitness of defenders Tosin Adarabioyo and Malo Gusto, while wingers Estevao and Jamie Gittens are doubtful due to illness. Romeo Lavia and Levi Colwill remain sidelined.
Pafos may be missing former Chelsea defender David Luiz, who suffered an injury in the early stages of Saturday's defeat to Olympiakos Nicosia.
David Goldar and Joao Correia are also doubts, so left-back Bruno Langa may have to fill in at centre-back.
The stats
Chelsea have won their first three Champions League home fixtures by an aggregate score of 9-1 and were leading at half-time in all three of their Champions League home victories.
The Blues have won only four of their last 14 matches in all competitions.
Two of Pafos' three away games in the league stage of this season's Champions League ended goalless, while there have been under 3.5 goals in 10 of their last 12 Champions League ties, including qualifiers.
Both teams scored in five of Pafos' last seven games in all competitions.

Prediction
Chelsea rode their luck a little in Saturday's 2-0 win over Brentford, scoring with their only two shots on target, while the Bees missed several decent chances.
But Rosenior's men should be too strong for visitors Pafos, who have failed to find the net on their first three European away trips.
They dug in with 10 men to claim a 0-0 draw at Olympiakos before another goalless stalemate against Kairat and a 2-0 defeat at Juventus.
Pafos competed well in Turin, keeping their hosts at bay until the 67th minute, but defensive injuries leave them vulnerable against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Rosenior's focus is on improving his side's Premier League form as they had won only one of their previous nine top-flight matches before the victory over the Bees.
Chelsea's superior squad depth means they should still run out comfortable winners against Pafos and a 3-0 home win looks a good bet in the correct-score market.
They have kept clean sheets in seven of their nine league wins this season, including 3-0 victories over Nottingham Forest and Wolves.
And one of the highlights of Enzo Maresca's time in charge was a resounding 3-0 win over 10-man Barcelona at Stamford Bridge in November.
