  • Newcastle travel to Azerbaijan to take on Qarabag

There are eight games in the Champions League Knockout Round Play-offs that are spread across two days on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The pick of the ties sees Borussia Dortmund host Atalanta, with the two sides only separated by two places and two points after the League Phase.

Galatasaray vs Juventus (Tuesday, 5.45pm)

Galatasaray have only lost one of their last 10 matches at home and they should be able to outclass their Italian opponents.

Juventus have only won one of their last five on the road, while they have lost three of those fixtures.

Score prediction: Galatasaray 2-1 Juventus

Benfica vs Real Madrid (Tuesday, 8pm)

Real Madrid finished 15 places and six points better off than Benfica after the League Phase and that gulf in class should be evident.

Los Blancos will need to dig deep, though, having lost 4-2 to Benfica in their last Champions League fixture. They have more experience at the highest level, though, and can win their seventh game in their last eight outings.

Score prediction: Benfica 1-2 Real Madrid

Borussia Dortmund vs Atalanta (Tuesday, 8pm)

Both Borussia Dortmund and Atalanta have won their last three domestic games and an entertaining tie should be on the cards on Tuesday.

These two sides were only separated by two places after the League Phase, but Dortmund's sublime home form should be the difference.

Niko Kovac's side have yet to lose at home in the Bundesliga, while they only lost to Inter Milan in the League Phase on home soil.

Atalanta have won one of their last four on the road, which should give Dortmund enough hope to get the job done.

Score prediction: Borussia Dortmund 2-1 Atalanta

Monaco vs Paris Saint-Germain (Tuesday, 8pm)

Monaco have already beaten PSG 1-0 this season, but reigning European champions PSG should be able to make a statement.

They have the best away record in Ligue 1, and they are unbeaten in five of their last six matches against their hosts.

Sebastien Pocognoli's men are unbeaten in three at home, but they have been vulnerable at Stade Louis II this season, losing 3-1 to Lorient and Lyon and 4-1 to Lens, so PSG will fancy their chances of recording a vital victory.

Score prediction: Monaco 1-2 PSG

Qarabag vs Newcastle (Wednesday, 5.45pm)

Newcastle face a tricky trip to Azerbaijan on Wednesday, but their European record has been solid this season and Eddie Howe's men can get the job done.

The Magpies only lost to Barcelona and Marseille in the League Phase and they face a Qarabag's side who only won three of their eight games.

Score prediction: Qarabag 1-2 Newcastle

Bodo/Glimt vs Inter Milan (Wednesday, 8pm)

Bodo/Glimt just scraped through to the knockout stage after winning their last two games, but they failed to win any of their opening six.

Inter's three defeats in the League Phase came against some of Europe's elite in Atletico Madrid, Liverpool and Arsenal and they should have far too much class as they look to win their fourth game away from home in the competition.

Score prediction: Bodo/Glimt 0-2 Inter Milan

Club Brugge vs Atletico Madrid (Wednesday, 8pm)

Club Brugge exceeded expectation levels to finish in the top 24, but they will be up against it this week.

Atletico Madrid have only lost to Liverpool, Arsenal and Bodo/Glimt this season in the competition and they should overpower their Belgian hosts who conceded 17 goals in eight games.

Score prediction: Club Brugge 1-2 Atletico Madrid

Olympiakos vs Bayer Leverkusen (Wednesday, 8pm)

Olympiakos won their last three League Phase games to advance into the next round, including a 2-0 success over Leverkusen.

The German outfit only lost twice in their first eight league matches, but one of those defeats was a 7-2 thumping at the hands of PSG.

Their only defeat on the road came against Wednesday's hosts and they should prove they have learnt their lessons, having gone six games without defeat since that setback in January.

Score prediction: Olympiakos 1-1 Bayer Leverkusen
