With an exceptional offer: Bayern Munich tempt Olise to keep him away from Real Madrid
The France international shone in Munich
Bayern Munich want to extend the contract of French winger Michael Olise, a move that lays bare the club's faith in the player and their determination to build the next few years around him.
According to French newspaper L'Équipe, Bayern's hierarchy want to tie Olise down and hand him the biggest salary at the club, locking him in for the long haul even though his current deal already runs until 2029.

Aged 24, Olise has become one of Bayern's most important players since arriving from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024.
The Bavarians see him as a cornerstone of their long-term project and they are ready to spend big to keep him. The France international once dreamed of joining Real Madrid. Instead, he will stay in Germany for at least one more season.
Per "L'Équipe", Olise has found the right setting to grow at Bayern, helped by a strong relationship with coach Vincent Kompany that has driven him to another level.
If the renewal goes through, the club will almost certainly have to write a release clause into the new deal, something the original contract did not contain.
Harry Kane and Jamal Musiala topped Bayern Munich's pay list in April 2026, each earning around 2.1 million euros per month.
The ranking of the top five total monthly salaries of Bayern Munich players, last April, was as follows:
Harry Kane – 2.1 million euros
Jamal Musiala – 2.1 million euros
Manuel Neuer – 1.75 million euros
Joshua Kimmich – 1.66 million euros
Dayot Upamecano – 1.66 million euros
