Player ratings for BVB from a 3-2 comeback win over Hoffenheim
Borussia Dortmund beat Hoffenheim 3-2 in the Bundesliga on Saturday, fighting back from two goals to produce an epic comeback.
Serhou Guirassy, Fabio Silva and debutant Ethan Nwaneri were the difference-makers for the BVB in Sinsheim, making it two wins from two in the new league season.
The first half was a rather cagey affair with Dortmund looking anemic and struggling to create clear-cut chances but fell behind right at the stroke of 45 minutes.
Leon Avdullahu unleashed an excellent shot for 1-0 before Tim Lemperle doubled their advantage early into the second half albeit with a deflection off Waldemar Anton.
Having lost on their last visit to Rhine Neckar Arena, Dortmund were seemingly headed for another loss here but Guirassy and Silva scored a goal apiece in a space of just five minutes right after the hour mark to bring them level.
With only four minutes of normal time remaining on the clock, substitute Nwaneri forced an own goal from Albian Hajdari and the comeback was complete.

Gregor Kobel - 6.5: Nothing he could do about either of Hoffenheim's strikes, but somewhat made up for that by setting up BVB's second goal.
Joane Gadou - 5.5: Was dispossessed in the build-up to Hoffenheim's second goal but was otherwise solid in defense; made crucial ball recoveries too.
Waldemar Anton - 7.5: Hoffenheim's second goal deflected off him but Anton made up for that by teeing up Guirassy for their opening goal.
Filippo Mane - N/A: It was turning out to be a solid game but injury cut his time short, going off just 32 minutes into the match.
Julian Ryerson - 8: With 13 crossses, the Norwegian was the chief supplier of goods for BVB forwards while alsolaying four key passes.
Jobe Bellingham - 7.5: Tidy in possession and gritty in duels, winning six of his seven attempted duels while also making one last-man tackle.
Felix Nmecha - 6.5: Struggled to cope with Hoffenheim's intensity in the first half and was replaced by Joey Veerman at the break.
Daniel Svensson - 8: A colossal performance in defense, making six clearances and two interceptions while also fiercely contesting for the ball.
Konstantinos Karetsas - 6: Was unable to exert himself in the game much.
Maximilian Beier - 7: Started alongside Karetsas in the attacking midfield position and looked menacing; also attempted two shots in the match.
Serhou Guirassy - 9: Triggered the comeback in the 61st minute with his second league goal of the season and then assisted Silva for their second of the evening.
